Allion Fund 1 is designed to provide investors with a structured income model that combines predictable returns with performance-based participation. The Fund targets a preferred return in the range of 8% to 10% annually, which is distributed from the income generated through real estate secured lending activities.
Once the preferred return obligations are met, any additional net profits generated by the Fund are distributed between the General Partner and the Limited Partners. Under this structure, 70% of the net profits are allocated to the General Partner, while 30% are distributed to the Limited Partners, aligning performance incentives with the Fund’s overall success.
